Call 0468825047 for more information! Your Role: Deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy to children and adults with disabilities within a multi-disciplinary team. Manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients, families, and carers to achieve their goals. Conduct assessments and implement tailored intervention strategies. Provide therapy across various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.
